Hello Exiles Biz Crew and Members

I hope this message finds you all well. In light of the current
circumstances in our personal life and the world, we want to remind
everyone of the essence of a volunteer-based 501(c)3 woman- and queer-
centered leather educational organization. We are a team of volunteers,
giving our time and best effort to serve our members and the larger
community.

It's important to acknowledge that many of our volunteers are currently
facing personal hardships and heartache. We have lost members of our
community, many members with family in the hospital, and quite a few are
dealing with financial difficulties. We have bodies working through daily
physical discomfort, work stress, heartstrings, grieving, depression, and
many other personal struggles. In addition, our current Steering Committee
Directors are wearing multiple hats as we continue to have many vacancies
in our leadership positions.

Let's be there for our fellow volunteers, offering a helping hand, a kind
word, or a listening ear - let's lead with empathy, support, and patience.

Your dedication pushes this organization forward - even if it's by a few
inches when our spoons are low. Each of you contributes your time, energy,
and skills to our fundamental goals and dirty desires.

We sincerely appreciate your continued commitment. And we welcome more of
our members to be part of the Biz Crew and Leadership!
