[Exiles Members] Follow Up on Membership Status

Dear Exiles members,

As you’ve read in our previous email, as the Exiles transitioned into a new
Board, we became aware that we are delinquent with the California Attorney
General's Registry of Charitable Trusts. This means that we must cease
operations immediately and not accept any donations until we are back in
good standing.

What this means for your membership:

1. If your membership is set up to renew automatically via PayPal, those
payments will be canceled.You will receive an automated notice from PayPal
and our website indicating that your payment subscription has been
canceled. We will notify all members when we are back in good standing so
that when it is time to renew your membership you can once again set up
recurring payments through PayPal.

2. All members will receive three free additional months added to their
membership renewal date. You will receive an additional email from our
website with your new renewal date.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for many of you and for
that we sincerely apologize.
