Description:

 

Are you feeling blocked and not sure what to do with the emotional pain?
Break new ground through pain to release and move forward. We will explore
and experience using cathartic pain to enhance healing on our journey. We
will explore many ways to do this among them are visualization, meditation,
energy flow, confront the myths of pain, letting go while aware of the
dangers, explore the edges of pain, focus on the connection with others and
ourselves. We will combine lecture, demo, and hands on experience for as far
you consent to allow yourself to explore how pain can be used as a way to
let go of pain and move on in your life path. 

 

Immediately following the program we will have a Play Party until 1:30am for
our regular program demographic!
