Break new ground through pain to release and move forward. We will explore and experience using cathartic pain to enhance healing on our journey. We will explore many ways to do this among them are visualization, meditation, energy flow, confront the myths of pain, letting go while aware of the dangers, explore the edges of pain, focus on the connection with others and ourselves.
