It’s good to send it to the biz list for proofreading, although it’s unlikely more than one or two people will actually read it through. I will, as soon as I can.

After that you save it as a pdf and send it to the members email list: exilesmembers at theexilessf.net. In the past Suzanne has put some highlights in the email, as a teaser. I’ll send you the last one she sent, as an example.

You send Cassandras.

I would send one more message about it. It sounds like nobody had the task to write it up, so someone needs to just do the best they can from memory. Or you can. J  It doesn’t need to be very involved if nobody took notes.

Also, I’m sure Suzanne mentioned this, but we have one member who receives the Fringe via snail mail, Cassandra. Did she give you the info? For this issue, she needs to have a hardcopy membership form included in the Fringe. Can you do that?

If you haven’t already included it, please include something about the booth at Leather Ally, and ask people to email membership at theexiles.org if they are interested in volunteering.

MEMBERHIP RENEWAL

All Exiles memberships expire at the end of June, so it’s time to renew your membership for 2014-2015. It’s easy to do, all online:

1.       Click on the Renewals Page <http://theexiles.org/membership/renewal/>  on our web site.

2.       Click on “Fill out the online form” *

3.       Fill out the form and click Next. 

·         If you don’t know your member number, just leave it blank.

·         All members in your household can renew at once here.

·         Check out the new “Supporting Member” addition

4.       Select your renewal type from the drop list and click Pay Now, which takes you to PayPal to pay. **

5.       Pay as directed.

The first 20 people to renew their membership will receive a small Exiles patch!!

As a reminder, as an Exiles member you get the following benefits:
