[ExilesAnnounce] Volunteer for the NWLC Champagne & Chocolates Reception!

[Exiles Volunteer]

Hello folks! 


This Friday, we will be hosting a Champagne and Chocolate reception at NWLC, poolside starting at 8 pm!  Ideally, these folks would already be attending the conference, as we have been asked to not bring additional people on site that aren't registered necessary.


I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to help with setup, starting at 7:30 pm.  This will involve setting out chocolates, napkins, fruit, and glasses of champagne.
 
We could also use 1 or 2 people to help with refilling beverage containers during the reception.
 
Finally, 1 or 2 people to help with clearing out the room and loading leftovers into a vehicle.  Able-bodied folks with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. would be ideal.
