All,
My 74 yo mom is once again walking in the American Cancer Society's
Relay for Life Walk as a 12 year colon cancer survivor and I'm helping her
raise funds (including two bake sales at work!). The Relay for Life (in 
Rio Vista CA) is May 15 ! My mom knows about my leather lifestyle and is
  very much a 'Proud Mom.' Attached is a little more information about her 
(including a photo of the two of us from last year's SF Pride Parade) the

Dear Family and Friends
These years seem to go by so fast anymore so
fast I think I'm in a time warp and I'm not getting older.  Wouldn't that be
nice.  It is Relay For Life (RFL) time and I know that everyone knows what
a good cause this is.  I'm hoping to always outdo my previous year so that
means over $2=2C000.  The ACS is working to eliminate cancer though research
 education advocacy and service. One thing I would like to be 
personal about is having everyone I know especially over 50 to get your
colonoscopy tests. I know everyone goes 'ugh' but it is so important. These
last twelve years have seen some great events for me became a Great 
Grandma seen the Pyramids swam with sting rays and sharks seen lions
in the wild some great trips Rose Parade Tuscon and cruise to
 Alaska with my daughter Vick. Doesn't get better than that. Old friends and
new who mean so much to me doesn't get better than that. To donate to
