[ExilesAnnounce] Opportunities to Volunteer at IMsL!

[Exiles Volunteer]

Hello folks!
This Saturday, we have the Exiles' notorious Champagne and Chocolate reception at IMsL, in the hospitality suite starting at 2 pm! 
I'm looking for 2 or 3 enthusiastic members to help with setup, starting at 1:30 pm.  This will involve setting out chocolates, napkins, fruit, and glasses of champagne until about 2:30 pm.
We could also use 3-4 members willing to contribute an hour of their time refilling glasses for people.  For this job, we need people who are comfortable in social situations, and are willing to walk up to complete strangers and offer to refill their glass.  It's a great opportunity to meet new people within the community, as well!
Finally, 2 or 3 people to help with clearing out the room and loading leftovers into a vehicle are needed from 4 pm until about 4:45 pm.  Able-bodied folks with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. would be ideal.
