[ExilesAnnounce] Your chance to make a difference to the Exiles

This month we have 3 major events going on:

 

*	Monthly Program 9/18: Breath Play with Lady Estrella
*	Meet & Greet 9/25: the most fun social event of Folsom Weekend!!
*	Exiles booth 9/27: Our presence at the Folsom Street Fair

 

In order to make this happen, we need each of you to consider volunteering
for just an hour or two to help the Exiles. It could be setup/tear down at
the program, it could be handing out flyers at the booth for an hour, it
could be handing out drinks at the Meet & Greet. Every hour helps. it helps
you be a part of making events happen, it helps us getting the word out
about what a great group the Exiles is, and it helps you have FUN this
September!

 

We need something like 60 volunteers to pull this off. specifically:

 

*	Program: Door assistance, selling refreshments/safer sex supplies,
setup, tear down, raffle ticket seller
*	Meet & Greet: Door assistance, security/safety, entertainment,
bartender, food setup/prep, setup/decorating, tear down
*	Booth: setup, flyering, shift captain, booth captain, tear down

 

If you would be willing to help out with any of these events, please let me
know what volunteer activities would work for you. (I'm covering for Tracy,
our Volunteer Coordinator, while she's away at Burning Man.)
