To make it successful, we need a few volunteers. We’re hoping for a Saturday afternoon slot. It’s a 2-hour event, with volunteers needed for 30-45 minutes before and 30 minutes after. If we get enough volunteers, folks won’t need to work the whole time. The work is setting up our food and drink and decorations, serving and replenishing during the event, and cleaning up afterwards.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>If you are attending, or are local and could come to help, please contact me as soon as you can.
