<div dir="ltr"><div>Dear friends,</div><div> </div><div>Val Langmuir, the Exiles Orientation Officer, has won the title of Ms. San Francisco Leather!</div><div><div><p>Val came out into kink in 1991 in London, and helped organize the first UK SM Pride. She moved to San Francisco and joined The Exiles in 1997, and has served as our Membership officer (2004-2007), Co-coordinator (2007-2011), and Orientation officer (2012-present). She has represented the club at CUAV SafetyFest, BUTCH Voices, and the Frameline and QWOCMAP film festivals. Val has also coordinated demos for Leather Alley at SF Pride for the past 2 years. Val is married to Marilyn, and is a polyamorous genderqueer switch with a fondness for canes.</p>
</div><div>We were thrilled to watch her in the contest, and justifiably proud that she won. We celebrated with a Victory brunch at Wicked Grounds on Sunday, and a beverage bust at the Eagle that afternoon.</div><div> </div>
