[Exiles Members] Exiles Community Meeting this Friday!

Dear friends,

Please join us for a lively and open Community Meeting this Friday,
November 19th at 8pm PST on Zoom. We want your input along with your wants,
needs, and desires relative to the future direction of the club.

This meeting aims to empower our fellow community Leatherfolx to share your
ideas, questions, and counsel on how the Exiles can improve our success for
future generations.

The Exiles know our community is full of leaders who exude passion,
dedication, and inclusion. BCE! Big Community Energy! Let's work together
to learn how to renew, refine, and revamp the Exiles to best represent our
evolving Leather community.

We want to understand better how the Exiles can represent, support, and
grow the Leather culture we embody as we seek out your answers including:
- Why are you a member of the Exiles?
- What keeps you coming back to Exiles events?
- If you aren’t a member, what is keeping you from becoming one?
- Who would you like to see as a future officer to represent you? (Name
anyone!)
- What are some new educational topics you would like to see?
- What type of social events would you enjoy?
- How could the Exiles better serve you and our community?
- Should the Exiles change its gender demographic?

Bring your ideas, your energy and your enthusiasm!

We will also, over the next few months, be considering and voting on some
major changes to our Articles. *Only members can vote!* So if your
membership has lapsed, you need to renew in order to be part of that future
discussion and decision-making.
