[Exiles Members] volunteers needed for beverage bust

Dear Exiles Members

We are excited to be hosting an in-person Beverage Bust at the SF Eagle on
Sunday August 15th, from 3pm to 6pm. This event promises to be a fun
afternoon, as well as a great fundraiser for The Exiles. Attendees pay $15
for all the beer or soda they can drink, plus free food - we're making
great tacos.

Events like this are a lot of fun, but also rely on volunteers to make them
happen. What’s in it for you? Well… free tacos!! You could win some cool
stuff at our raffle! Volunteering also improves self-confidence, teaches
you new skills, and helps you to connect with our fabulous local leather
community. But the best reason to volunteer is that it allows you to get
out of your house and meet all those amazing sexy people out there - and
perhaps get a few numbers.

We are looking for volunteers to fill the following roles:

*Prep and Deliver Food* (2 people) – This takes place the day before the
event. Chop the lettuce, saute the ground beef, and bring everything to the
Eagle the day of the bust.

*Set Up* (3 to 4 people) Arrive promptly at 2:00 to allow 1 hr for set up

*Cup sales* - we need 1 or 2 more people to sell the empty cups to
attendees.

*Food Service* - we need 1 or 2 more people to help serve.

*Raffle Tickets Sales* - we need 1 more person - extroverts preferred!

*Clean up* (3 to 4 people) just show up near the end for a quick half hour
of clean up
