[Exiles Members] Stuff the Ballot Box!

You can be an integral part of our kinky community! Yes YOU! Officer
elections for the Exiles are coming up in March and April, and this is your
big chance to join in and guide our future!

Our programs and events bring people together. Becoming  an officer puts
you right in the middle of the kinky women's/nonbinary community. You’ll
keep us connected both within our local community, across the country, even
internationally!

Four officer positions are elected in March:
- Co-coordinator
- Treasurer
- Membership Officer
- Recorder.

All members can vote, and do so electronically. The requirements to qualify
are on page 3 of our Articles of Incorporation, and descriptions of the
officer positions are on pages 9-11. (See them both on our website.)
Mentorships
are available to prospective candidates who are interested but not sure
they know how to do the job, or who do not meet all of the qualifications.
Folks interested in running for Co-Coordinator, fear not, you will not be
alone in your position! We have two! Your term would overlap with our
current Co-Coordinator Rio.

At our April business meeting we appoint the remaining officer positions,
from the pool of people interested. These positions are:
- Newsletter Officer
- Orientation Officer
- Publicity/PR Officer
- Doorkeeper/Tech Monitor,
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Website Manager

Looking to get involved with our executive board decisions, but not quite
able to commit to a leadership position? Just show up to a business meeting
to see what we do and lend your voice. Also consider becoming an assistant
to an officer or being part of a committee!
