[Exiles Members] Exiles bev bust

If you can volunteer to help out this Sunday with the bev bust at the Eagle it would be greatly appreciated. 

Please the message below about the times etc. 

Hello Team for the Exiles Saturnalia Beer Bust this upcoming Sunday at the San Francisco Eagle.
The event runs from 3-6, and Entertainment will begin at 4.  

Entertainers: Call time is at 3:15, the Eagle has expressed a desire to have your music on cd format if possible as phones can sometimes interrupt your music if not set correctly. The performances will be inside, during that time someone will run around with a bucket for tips. Some of you have confirmed so if you have yet to do so, please respond with hells yeah or something similar. I can then add more names to the Beer Bust info. I'd love a promo pic and 2-4 sentence blurb to throw up on the Beer Bust page the next few days leading upto the event.

Beer Bust Team: please be at the eagle as close to two as possible. We will need to setup the food table and put out the raffle prizes.

Mr Eagle and Erin will be taking turns selling raffle tickets. 

Jessie, Cass, Rachele, Erin and I will interchange Serving, working the Beer Bust table. Jessie and I will interchange selling Jell-O shots. We will feel out who wants what responsibility on the day of. I'll probably start off serving food with the help of one other.
