[Exiles Members] March Program Volunteers and Voting

>>> The March program, March 17, is our annual officer election meeting at the CSC. In addition to elections, we will have an open discussion led by Marilyn about playing the in dungeons: What do you like or dislike about playing in a public dungeon? What are your most or least favorite dungeons? What do you expect to be provided? Do you have any good stories from the dungeon?

>>> We will need volunteers to help set up, tear down, and to fill in where necessary, particularly sergeant-at-arms. Setup will start at 7:00 pm and teardown will begin around 10 pm. This is another opportunity to volunteer and have it count towards an Exiles patch. We love our volunteers and without them the club would cease to function.

>>> We will be electing the following officers:
>>> Co-coordinator (2)
>>> Treasurer
>>> Recorder
>>> Membership Officer
>>> So come have a fun-filled evening and a chance to meet new people and do some flirting. Cast your ballots for officers, and participate in the discussion. Remember, the way to make changes to any organization and the direction it takes is to participate, be seen, and make your voice heard.
