[Exiles Members] Need assistance at Queer Women of Color event

Every year, the Queer Women of Color Media Access Project (QWOCMAP) sponsors
a film festival <https://www.qwocmap.org/festival/2017-qwocff/> . This
year's festival will take place on June 9-11 at the Brava Theater in SF. We
have committed to be Community Partners for this event, and will be
specifically sponsoring one or more films, usually the kinkiest, likely on
Friday, June 9. We need some assistance from you, the Exiles membership, to
fulfill our commitment. Specifically:

 

*	Rio will be attending the pre-meeting for sponsors on April 24 in
SF. It would be great if someone who is planning to attend the film festival
can attend with her.
*	We need people to volunteer the night of the screening of our
sponsored film(s). Volunteering will include handing out Exiles flyers and
helping out with the logistics of the festival however they need us.
*	Our group will be announced as a sponsor, and we will have the
opportunity to go up on stage and say something about the Exiles. 

 

This is a great opportunity to reach out to queer women of color, not only
showing our support of the film festival, but inviting them to the Exiles.
