[Exiles Members] Urgent: volunteers needed for Friday 6/10

Members,
We sent a previous email about the Exiles sponsoring the QWOCMAP film
festival; please see below.

As of today we have had no response and we really need your help.

In the past, the officers have volunteered to attend the opening night but
this year most of us are unavailable.  We especially need one or more
people who can arrange to get the Exiles banner and flyers from one of us
beforehand, be at the Brava Theater by 6:30, and set up our table. Then at
the beginning of the film you would get up on stage and do a short promo
for the Exiles. We can provide you with what to say. We need up to 3
volunteers (1 officer will come later).

The Exiles really wants to support this organization and event, but we need
your help to do so. This is a great chance to represent your club, support
an important community event and let people know what the Exiles are all
about. It also counts as a volunteer opportunity towards getting your
Exiles patch.

If you can represent the Exiles, please let us know by emailing the
coordinators at cocos at theexiles.org as soon as possible, preferably no
later than 6 PM Tuesday 6/7. We’ll work out with you how to get the flyers
and banner.

Again, this is your club, so help make it what you want it to be.
