Pride Week!
Volunteering and a Secret
Pride week is our chance to celebrate who we are and the patchwork of
individuals that make up our wonderful larger "community".

We are asking for volunteers for the following events during Pride week.
* Carry the Leather Contingent banner in the Pride parade. This will require
4 people. You¹ll be marching the entire parade route carrying the banner.
Contingent Line-up #172. Assembly area location is N-2, Main St. between
Mission & Howard east side. Contingent marchers in place at 11:30 am.
Approximate step off time is 12:30.
* Help staff the Exiles booth at Leather Alley from 10 to 6-ish. You'll be
sharing information about the club and handing out promotional stuff. Shifts
are an hour, but if you can do more that's great. Especially need setup help
at 10 and tear down help around 5:30.
We will also let you in on a secret why volunteering for Exiles events is a
good idea. What is an 8x8 circle and can be sewn on a leather vest but must
be earned? Intrigued? Come volunteer with us and get the answer.
