[ExilesAnnounce] Another copy of the Fringe

Hi Everyone,

Apparently, there have been some who have not received their attachment of
the Fringe. If you are receiving this for the second time, my apologies. We
are attempting to discern why there are a number of members who are not
receiving it and so I'm sending it from another account. We hope to have
this issue resolved soon, so please bear with us.

This issue has a number of pictures in it so it may take a few minutes to
download if you have a slow connection, so be patient. It's worth it. :)
