Dear friends,

It is with great sorrow that I let you know that Madame Butterfly has had a
severe stroke.

She is currently unconscious and hospitalized as Kaiser San Francisco.

I don't know if she's allowed visitors - she may be in the ICU - but your
fond wishes would certainly be welcome.

I'll pass on more information when I have it.
