Subject: [ExilesAnnounce] Carnal Carnival: Volunteers needed

We're getting excited about the Exiles Carnal Carnival. It will be held on
Friday, December 20 from 7:30-10:15. We need some additional volunteers to
make this evening the wonderful success it's been in the past. Specifically,
we need the following:

 

.         Someone to do the food setup. It will be pretty simple fare, but
we need someone who can make it look nice, and keep platters stocked
throughout the evening.

.         Someone to take charge of the decorations. We have fairy lights to
put up, and would like someone who can be creative with other decorations to
help make the venue festive for our Carnival.

.         An additional one or two people who can help set up, who can
arrive around 6 or 6:15.

.         People to sell raffle tickets during the event, who can be
outgoing and flirty!

 

Anyone who volunteers for these jobs will get in free to the Carnival and
get a raffle ticket and Exiles Bucks to spend like everyone else coming
through the door.

 

We also need donations for raffle prizes. If you know of anyone who can
donate goods or services, that would be great. They will be recognized at
the event, and on this list, on our web site, and in our newsletter
afterwards. The Exiles is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization, so
donations are likely tax-deductible. (tax ID#01-0631373)

 

Finally, and most important, we need you to come to the Carnival! The more
people we have, the more fun it is!
