[ExilesAnnounce] Carnal Carnival was a huge success!

For those of you who didn't attend, you missed a great party! People had fun
using their Exiles Bucks for all sorts of merriment, munchies were consumed,
and many amazing raffle prizes were given away, all to support future Exiles
events. Afterwards many continued the party at Eclipse. Overall a fun and
festive evening. Thanks to those of you who attended, especially if you
brought friends.

 

I also want to thank our volunteers. Without these people none of this would
have happened:

 

.         Play booth volunteers: Lady Raven, Gayathri, Daddy Vick, and Loren
Q

.         Game booth volunteers: Sam, Jill, Lou, Kim, Miriam, Deb, and Ash
(and her crew)

.         Setup/teardown helpers: Sabrena, Sam, Jill, Terra, Judith,
Mairead, and Lauren, who made some fabulous decorations

.         Ticket sellers: Judith and Sailor

.         Door: MadPink and Angel

.         Raffle table: Rio and many others who helped set up the table

.         Raffle Prize Solicitors: Cherry, Sam, and Rio

 

(I hope I remembered everyone!)

 

I especially want to recognize the officers who worked at the Carnival:
MadPink, Angel, Lou, and Rio. These folks put in lots of time outside of
events to help keep the Exiles running, and then they show up and work too!
Without them (and the other officers who were unable to attend, but who also
put in many hours supporting the Exiles), we wouldn't have a club to put on
such great events.
