[ExilesAnnounce] Business meeting this Sunday

Dear sisters and friends,

Want to learn more about your club? Find out who the officers are?
Want to BECOME an officer and help run the club? Come to our business
meetings! We believe in transparency, and all members are welcome to
attend these meetings.

Usually we elect our Co-coordinator, Treasurer, Membership Officer and
Recorder (Secretary) at our February program, but very few people were
eligible to run (you have to have attended 2 of the last 4 business
meetings). We do have some new and excited people interested in many
of these positions, but they have to attend the required number of
meetings to become eligible.

At the March meeting we're going to consider having people become
'Acting' Officers, until they become eligible to be elected. IF YOU
ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A CO-COORDINATOR, TREASURER, RECORDER, or
MEMBERSHIP OFFICER, you MUST COME TO THIS MEETING, or let us know in
advance you're interested, in order for us to consider you.

If you are interested in any of our other positions - Volunteer
Coordinator, Newsletter Editor, Orientation Officer, Website Manager,
Public Relations Officer, Doorkeeper, or Sergeant-at-Arms, please come
to the meeting or otherwise let us know you're interested, as these
positions will be filled by written ballot at our April business
meeting.

This month's meeting will be at the Center for Sex and Culture, 1349
Mission Steet (between 9th and 10th), in San Francisco.
