[ExilesAnnounce] Expired Condoms

Nothing says a carnival like popping balloons!!! Right? Right! Well in
or twisted, kinky carnival we will be popping condoms and gloves with
blow guns! Fun you say!!! Yes it is a blast, I've been testing out
various methods and techniques.

I've gotten a box of new condoms donated to us from the San Francisco
Stop Aids Project on the condition that I promise to not waste this
generous donation on a game.

Here's where you come in... if you have expired, not USED, expired
condoms, every condom has an expiration date on them, yep they sure
do! Just bring them to the carnival on Dec 21 and we will give you new
ones and extra Exiles Carnival Bucks. If you have needles that are too
small or they just don't work they way you'd like, bring them too. I
actually don't know if needles have expiration dates or not, we will
give you additional bucks for needles as well.
