Hello Exiles!

We are about to throw another fun Exiles' hospitality suite social, this
time at Northwest Leather
Celebration<http://www.northwestleathercelebration.com/home>(NWLC) in
San Jose and we hope to see you there! A big thank you goes out to
those of you who have already signed up to volunteer, now I'm looking for a
couple more great helpers.

The Exiles' Champagne and Chocolate Social will be held this Friday, 8p-10p
at the San Jose
Doubletree<http://doubletree1.hilton.com/en_US/dt/hotel/JOSE-DT-DoubleTree-by-Hilton-Hotel-San-Jose-California/index.do>in
the hospitality suite, room #954. For this volunteer opportunity,
everyone is required to be a registered attendee of NWLC to help out and/or
attend the evening. Please email me at ExilesVolunteer at yahoo.com, if you are
available to work a shift (or a part of the social).

*Title*: Reception Assistants
*Job*: Help in welcoming people in, talking about Exiles, serving chocolates
and refilling glasses of bubbly!
*Available Shifts*: 7:30p-9p and/or 9p-10:30p (or what ever time you can
devote to helping)
*Additional Info*: You do need to be attending the NWLC conference to attend
or volunteer at the hospitality suites. There will be jobs available which
are perfect for sitting as well as other jobs requiring movement so everyone
is encouraged to lend a hand.
