 Hi Exiles!

(Please excuse this message, if you've already received it.... I'm trying to
cover all the bases.)

I hope everyone is having a great Pride Week, there are so many different
events to attend and enjoy.

The Exiles will be having a booth in San Francisco at Leather
Alley<http://www.leatheralley.net/> this
Sunday to help promote our club, educate attendees and have fun! We are
looking for more volunteers to staff the booth so please let me know if you
are available to help.

In addition, I want to let you all know, we are in the process of creating a
frequent volunteer program with rewards such as exclusive pins, patches and
free passes into programs. All of the hours you sign up for and work, count
towards the rewards program.

I'm seeking

   - people interested in helping set-up 8:30-9:15a
   - people interested in hosting our both 11a-12:30p
   - people interested in hosting our booth 12:30p-2p
   - people interested in hosting our booth 2p-3:30p
   - people interested in hosting our booth 3:30p-4p
   - people interested in hosting our booth 4p-5:30p
   - people interested in helping break down 5:30p-6:15p


Anyone can help out during the "hosting hours," you can be active passing
out flyers and/or sit inside the booth talking with attendees. Able bodied
people are needed for the set-up and break down hours. I am looking to have
2-3 people per shift. If you are available, please reply back to me with
what slots you would like to fill and how many friends and loved ones will
be helping.
