[ExilesAnnounce] Only 3 Volunteer Positions Left!

[Exiles Volunteer]

Hi everyone,
 
After some last-minute news, we now have 3 volunteer positions left for tonight's program.
 
We could use helpers for: 
 
-  Setup and Take-down (2), which involves arriving early, about 6:30pm, helping to carry boxes from Robin G's vehicle and helping to set up chairs, then staying 30-45 minutes afterward to carry boxes out to Val's vehicle.  The big plus is that the whole class and break time is free to enjoy, listen, learn, schmooze and cruise.  We do need able-bodied people for this position.
 
-  Door 2 (1), which involves helping to check in non-members at the door.
