[ExilesAnnounce] Call for Volunteers: A busy month for the Exiles!

(This is Marilyn, masquerading as Tracy until she returns from Burning Man.)
It's Leather Pride month!! And the Exiles are VERY BUSY. We'll need your help to pull this off. We have 3 major events going on for which we're hoping you'll volunteer:
Monthly Program 9/18: Breath Play with Lady Estrella
Volunteers get into the program for FREE. We need the following volunteers:
Setup/teardown (Be there by 6:45, stay until we pack up, by 10:30 or 10:45
Raffle ticket sellers: a great way to cruise, flirt, and schooze. (Be there by 7:30, sell before the program and at the break and you're done)
Selling refreshments and safer sex supplies (Be there by 7:30, sell before the program and at the break and you're done)
Folsom ForPlay Meet & Greet 9/25: the most fun social event of Folsom Weekend!!
8-11pm at The LGBT Center (1800 Market Street, SF), for leatherwomen and their trans and FtM friends. FREE for Exiles members, $10 for others. What a bargain!!
Music, sexy performances, food, drink (non-alcoholic)... a great way to start off your weekend. We need the following volunteers:
Setup (Be there by 6, enjoy the event starting at 8)
Tear down (starts at 10:45, out by 11:30)
Food prep (before the event), replenishing (during the event, 1-hour shifts during which you just periodically check on things and make sure the food tables are stocked)
Beverage service: pour drinks (1-hour shifts)
Door security: just make sure people pay and get their hands stamped (1-hour shifts)
Music: setup, providing a mix if you can, work with performers
Exiles Booth at the Folsom Street Fair 9/27:
We need the following:
Setup: early in the morning to help us get all set up
Tear Down: late in the afternoon to help us pack it up and haul it away
Card Distributors: hand out palm cards to passers-by. A great opportunity to flirt and cruise and get the word out about the Exiles. Probably 1-1/2 hour shifts.
Shift Captains: Be in charge of the booth for 1-1/2 hours.
Any volunteer time you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Please consider giving just an hour or two. In addition to being a big part of making these events happen, it helps us get the word out about what a great group the Exiles is, and it helps you have FUN this September!
