Announcement for First LLW 2010 Organizational Meeting -- Sunday, December 6, 2009 -- 2:00 pm

LLW 2010 will hold an organizational meeting this Sunday, December
6, 2009 at the Castro Community Room from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The
location is 501 Castro Street, above Bank of America / Sunglass Hut at
the corner of 18th Street and Castro. We purposefully scheduled this
meeting so that people from out of town who might be going to the
Leather Community Holiday Dinner can try to attend this meeting.

At this meeting, we plan to elect the officers and directors of the
LLW 2010 executive and steering committees. If you are interested in
helping us plan next year's event, please try to make this meeting.
Please pass this information to anyone you think would be interested in
working to put LLW 2010 together. The best candidates for membership on
the steering committee are those who have been to LLW previously
(preferably recently). If you (or they) can't make the meeting and are
still interested, please email me at rover at leatherlevi.org.

This meeting is open to anyone who is interested in LLW as a past,
present or future attendee and all members of the leather community as
interested parties, so distribute this email freely.
