[ExilesMembers] Carnival location, Mama's Toy Drive and Community Awards nominations

Hello my fellow Exiles members!

Well, it's definitely Decem-burrrrr!  And with that, comes The Exiles' Carnal Carnival!  Yup, this Friday at the Women's Building on 18th Street in San Francisco.

I wanted to take a moment to confirm the location, as a number of folks have mentioned to me that they heard the Carnival would be held elsewhere this year.  Not sure how that rumor was started, but rest assure, the Carnival is in our regular place for programs!  The Women's Building,

Also, I wanted to remind everyone that if you should bring a toy or two to donate to Mama's Toy Drive, you'll receive a free raffle ticket for EACH toy!  Yay!  Thanks to Vixen Creations and a host of other awesome vendors for donating the amazing prizes this year!  

Lastly, nominations are currently being accepted for the ICF Community Awards.  I will be at the door during the Carnival, please come by to let me know who you would like to nominate for the following:

Woman of the Year
Man of the Year
Entertainer of the Year
Impersonator of the Year

For each of the above, please tell me who you'd like to nominate and why (I have to put the reason on the nomination form!)  We can nominate up to 5 people in each category!

We also have some In-Town Awards:

Best Community Charity Benefit
Best Street Event
Best Bay Area Leather Contest
Best Bay Area Leather Event (that is NOT a Contest or Street Event)

Note:

For all toy drive events: any new, unwrapped toy is acceptable. We also need 
gift cards to music or clothing stores for the teen group.  Sorry, but 
we cannot take previously used toys.
