[ExilesMembers] The Exiles at LLW

If you're attending LLW this week, read on.

 

As you may already know, the Cocktail Party on Saturday night is a big event
at LLW, where everyone stops at each of the clubs' "stations" and shares
some food, drink, and fun. It's the way we learn about and show support for
the other leather clubs, and how we share information about the Exiles with
others. We're lucky enough to be the first stop on the cocktail run, so
we'll have the undivided attention of the majority of the attendees. So
here's what you can do to help make our presence a success:

 

*	Show up! Be there in force to show how many Exiles members are at
LLW. Wear your Exiles shirt, pin, patch.


*	Volunteer! We need people to help with food prep an hour or two
before, with setup right before, and with cleanup afterwards. Without
"backstage" help we can't pull this off with style. If you can help, email
me at treasurer at theexiles.org. 


*	Schmooze! Talk to folks about the Exiles. Let them get to know our
membership. Find out about other clubs and show your support by going to
their cocktail party stops.

 

Thanks to Rope and jenn who have generously volunteered to do a repeat
performance of last year's yummy treats. Let's all pitch in and help out to
make this event a success.
